Leapmotor B10 at ACE 2026: what the RM11,188 package is really worth

Only RM4,000 of the package lowers the price. The other RM7,188 is goods and credits at the seller's own valuation.

TL;DR

  • Paultan.org reports that Leapmotor B10 buyers at ACE 2026 (31 Oct to 1 Nov) get an "EZ5 Package" valued at RM11,188.

  • One item lowers the bill. Leapmotor pays RM4,000 towards insurance, so a B10 costs RM114,800 at the show. The rest is a wallbox, charging credits, tint and a key fob.

  • At RM114,800, the B10 is the cheapest of four rivals per km of quoted range, by our arithmetic.

If you want an EV under RM150k, the Leapmotor B10 at ACE 2026 is a strong number, but not for the reason in the headline. The package is "worth" RM11,188, yet only RM4,000 of it changes what you pay. Paultan.org runs the ACE show, and the offer appears in its own event coverage. Looking strictly at the numbers, here is what the money buys.

Our arithmetic: RM11,188 - RM4,000 = RM7,188 in goods and credits. Those items have value, but only if you would buy them anyway.

Thinking about an EV? Drive one for a few days before you buy.

Is the 22 kW wallbox worth RM3,888 to a B10 owner?

Half of it, on paper. Paultan.org's September reports give the B10 an 11 kW AC limit, about 5.6 hours for a full charge. So the car draws at most half the wallbox's rated power. A second car with a faster onboard charger could use the rest. For comparison, TQ Wuling values the 7 kW wallbox in its own launch package at RM3,500, Paultan.org reported on 13 Oct.

The key fob is a similar case. In September, Paultan.org reported a physical B10 key fob as a RM500 option for new and existing owners. The ACE article calls the package fob "exclusive". It does not say whether it is the same item.

How far do the chargEV credits go?

SoyaCincau reported chargEV's 60 kW DC charger at The Curve at RM1.30 per kWh. Our arithmetic: RM1,200 / RM1.30 = about 923 kWh. That is almost 14 fills of the B10's 67.1 kWh battery at that rate.

How does the B10 compare with its rivals?

Sources: Paultan.org B10 reports (7 and 14 Sep 2026), Jaecoo J5 EV launch (2 Sep 2026), and the Paultan.org price guide for the eMas 7 and Atto 3 (checked 14 Oct 2026). The price guide does not show rebates. The eMas 7 and Atto 3 Ultra ranges carry no test-cycle label, so treat the last column as a guide.

Our arithmetic, once: price / range. For example, RM114,800 / 434 km = RM265 per km of range. The B10 leads even before the package. It also carries the largest battery in the group, with one rear motor of 218 PS and 240 Nm. Paultan.org lists DC charging at up to 168 kW, 30% to 80% in about 20 minutes. The Jaecoo J5 EV quotes 130 kW and 28 minutes for the same window. Our list of EVs under RM150,000 covers more of this price band.

Who pays for the deal?

The early B10 buyer pays. The CKD B10 from Gurun, Kedah kept the RM118,800 price of the imported car, Paultan.org reported in September. A buyer who paid that before 31 Oct gets none of the package.

The warranty is a gap in the record. The Paultan.org B10 reports we read do not state the warranty terms. The Jaecoo J5 EV launch report does: seven years or 150,000 km on the car, and ten years or 200,000 km on the battery. The J5 EV launch package also has a deadline. Paultan.org says it covers the first 1,000 units until 31 Oct, the day ACE opens. That package includes one year of free insurance and one year of unlimited JomCharge charging.

ACE adds its own layer. Paultan.org says the first 200 confirmed bookings get RM3,000 in vouchers, and every confirmed booking enters a lucky draw.

Catherine's take

The headline number is RM11,188. The price number is RM4,000. Buyers should keep the two apart. Even at RM118,800, the B10 beats the other three cars in this table on battery size and on range per ringgit. The package makes a good price slightly better. It does not make a weak car strong, because the car was not weak. What I want from Leapmotor is the warranty in writing next to the price. A brand that sells on value should publish the one number that protects the second owner.
