Every cancellation has a RM80 cancellation fee. Cancel more than 72 hours before pickup and you get the rest of your payment back. Cancel 24 to 72 hours before pickup and half a day’s rental is also kept; cancel less than 24 hours before pickup and one day’s rental is kept. If you don’t show up, one day’s rental and the service fee are kept.

Return the car with at least the battery level it had at pickup. You record the battery level in the app at pickup and at return, and each percentage point below the pickup level costs RM2. You can charge at home on a standard wall outlet (slow charge) or at any public DC fast charger (roughly 20% to 80% in about 30 minutes). Charging costs during your rental are your responsibility.

Every booking includes 100km of driving per rental day. Extra kilometers are charged at RM1.00/km, and you can add a mileage pack of 150km, 300km or 600km at booking if you need more.
